A comprehensive training approach that strives to improve all components necessary to allow each individual to achieve optimum performance. - Flexibility, Core Strength, Balance, Power, Strength, Cardiovascular Efficiency.
This program is for athletes who want to improve their playing spped, which includes agility and quickness, along with gaining strength. The P.E.T. program will begin when you are ready!
